Raycon Earbuds: Review

Spread the love

It doesn’t seem difficult to find the right set of wireless earbuds. There are many options, and it shouldn’t take long to find the perfect pair. You won’t be disappointed if you don’t find a reliable pair of Raycon Earbuds. You could end up paying more for earbuds that aren’t up to your standards if you’re not careful. What are the best earbuds for your budget?

Overall Design

The Raycon E25 Earbuds (21 Edition) appear almost identical to the originals. There has been no change in cosmetics. These compact in-ear headphones have no protruding metal studs. The shells are made of a satin plastic which is resistant to fingerprints and easy to clean. You’re not limited to a plain black wireless bud, unlike many others. You can order these rayon Earbuds not only in black but also in white, red or rose gold.

This package contains five sets of separate gel ear tips. The gel material is very soft and flexible and extremely comfortable to wear. E25 Raycon Earbuds can be worn for extended periods of time. Unfortunately, gel material tends to wear out quicker than silicone. You’ll notice that the buds no longer stay in your ears after about six months. You will have plenty of backups. All five tip sets can be ordered in different sizes. This means that you can find the perfect fit, regardless of how large or small your ears may be.

You’ll find a grey Raycon logo at the back of every earbud. These logos are roughly the same as the Raycon Earbuds touch controls. You can tap, push, or double-tap to perform various functions. You can pause, play, mute, or answer calls. Unfortunately, the controls don’t always work as they should. Additionally, you can only use the left earbud to play or pause. If you use only one earbud at time, this can make it difficult.

Audio Quality

Raycon Everyday Earbuds have the similar sound quality to the original. While it may not be studio quality, it’s still quite rich at all frequencies. The bass is punchy and rich, while the highs and mids are clear and crisp. This gives the sound a sense space and allows for separation between instruments. The sound is alive, so it can be heard whether you’re listening or watching a movie.

Not only are they similar in quality, but the E25 buds also come with three audio profiles. These are the three different EQ settings, without going too deep into the weeds. You can change the overall feel of your music with these settings without any third-party software. The overall profile is heavier than you might expect, however. This was a significant feature of the original 25 which were famous for their powerful bass presence. You’ll still hear the lower frequencies even if the EQ is flat.

You might prefer the E25, but not as much bass, the Raycon E25 PRO alternative. This is another E25 version, but this one features a flat EQ rather than a lot. You might get less bass than you need.

The E25s now have an extra “Awareness mode” which amplifies noise from the outside. This is similar to the transparency mode of ANC buds. However, these buds do not have ANC. You might consider the Raycon HTML50 or H100 if you are looking for ANC. They offer excellent audio quality as well as active noise cancelling. These headphones are large and over-the-ear.

Final Verdict

The Raycon The E25 Earbuds (2021 Version) is a highly-designed upgrade to the earbuds that have been so popular. You’ll find a lot of things to like, including more sound modes and a longer-lasting battery. You’ll love the new model if you loved the original E25.
